Open-Source Radiation Oncology Nomogram Calculators
5 interactive calculators built from exact published coefficients, plus a 42-model catalog across 10 disease sites.
Most rad onc nomogram calculators are black boxes on institutional servers. The nomogram hub is an open alternative: 5 interactive calculators with exact published coefficients from the Cleveland Clinic RiskCalc source code, plus a catalog of 42 models across 10 disease sites. Every coefficient, spline knot, and baseline survival value is auditable.
| Calculator | Endpoints | Key Feature |
|---|---|---|
| Tendulkar 2016 | 5/10-yr BFP-free, 5/10-yr metastasis | Most-used salvage RT model |
| Potters 2010 | 7/9-yr freedom from recurrence | D90 dosimetric input |
| Zelefsky 2007 | 5/10-yr recurrence-free | RT dose as continuous variable |
| Kattan/Zelefsky 2003 | 5-yr metastasis risk | Predicts metastasis, not just BCR |
| Gross 2008 | 5-yr locoregional recurrence-free | Adjuvant RT decision for oral cavity |
The 42-model catalog tiers every model by buildability: Tier A exact coefficients from source code, Tier B official calculator exists but not yet auditable, Tier C paper only. More interactive calculators coming — next up are MSK DCIS, Albert, PORTEC, and the Valentini rectal family.
