Most rad onc nomogram calculators are black boxes on institutional servers. The nomogram hub is an open alternative: 5 interactive calculators with exact published coefficients from the Cleveland Clinic RiskCalc source code, plus a catalog of 42 models across 10 disease sites. Every coefficient, spline knot, and baseline survival value is auditable.

CalculatorEndpointsKey Feature
Tendulkar 2016 5/10-yr BFP-free, 5/10-yr metastasis Most-used salvage RT model
Potters 2010 7/9-yr freedom from recurrence D90 dosimetric input
Zelefsky 2007 5/10-yr recurrence-free RT dose as continuous variable
Kattan/Zelefsky 2003 5-yr metastasis risk Predicts metastasis, not just BCR
Gross 2008 5-yr locoregional recurrence-free Adjuvant RT decision for oral cavity

The 42-model catalog tiers every model by buildability: Tier A exact coefficients from source code, Tier B official calculator exists but not yet auditable, Tier C paper only. More interactive calculators coming — next up are MSK DCIS, Albert, PORTEC, and the Valentini rectal family.
